Bliss out with us!
Checka Antifonario and Sarah Winslow are thrilled to team up again for this cozy, relaxing one-day retreat. Each year we are reminded how perfect this early December timing is - a little pause built into the end of the year and in the midst of the holiday season. This will be a welcome moment to let go of the busy and just be!
We will be returning to Shilo Farm in Eliot, Maine (just a few miles from Portsmouth, NH) for this special one-day getaway. Shilo Farm is a place brimming with peace, presence, community and comfort. With a beautiful yoga practice space, welcoming farmhouse dining room, and sweet gentle animals to visit, you will feel right at home.
This year's Bliss Out retreat will run from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm on Sunday, December 8, 2019. Our day will begin with a Yin/Slow Flow practice to release tension and promote physical, mental, and emotional balance. Next up will will enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared by Sarah, Checka and superstar guest Chef Farless. After lunch, Sarah will guide you in using seasonal essential oils to make a festive foaming soap to take home. An extended Restorative Yoga with Reiki workshop will round out our afternoon - a time to exhale and rest deeply. We will also have time in our day to sit in circle, a ritual of connection and appreciation woven into every Yogaway Retreats offering.
All activities are all levels, and attendance is limited to 18 yogis to maintain a close-knit feeling and allow for plenty of individual assists and energy work throughout the day! This gathering is all about taking our time and slowing down into the present moment - body, mind and soul. It is an invitation to unveil and access the inner bliss that nourishes and sustains us along our ever-winding paths - with love, laughter and deep breaths surrounding you all day long.
Pricing: $170 through October 16 / $190 after. Please secure your spot by clicking here or on the button at the top of this page. Retreat payments are non-refundable; however, please reach out in the instance of emergency.
