From its elevated perch, Finca Victoria enjoys amazing sunrises and sunsets. The island of Vieques has hardly any light pollution - creating the perfect atmosphere to see the stars at night. On the clearest of nights, even the Milky Way becomes visible for stargazers to admire! The communal gathering spaces on property include a lovely pavilion for dining and socializing, an inviting sweet-water pool, an organic spa that is a Vieques destination in and of itself, and a dedicated yoga building with both indoor and outdoor practice spaces (fully equipped with high-quality Manduka mats and props).

 

Due to its mountainous location, Finca Victoria's area is more tropical in flora and a bit cooler than the rest of the island (sounds perfect for May!). In their microcosm, you’ll discover native trees, fruit trees, tropical flowers, and lovely creatures - like the native coqui frogs. You’ll also find the herb gardens that provide them with fresh herbs for teas, meals, and herbal treatments in the spa.

Our days on retreat will be filled with morning and afternoon yoga, three delicious meals per day, and plenty of time to decompress and spend time in community. Also included in your retreat will be a very special group excursion: a nighttime kayaking trip in Vieques' famous bioluminescent waters!​ For those who would like to add on some beach days and / or an additional excursion (snorkeling is highly recommended), those outings can be arranged as well. And don't forget a visit or two to the spa if you'd like!

Our group will have exclusive use of the entire retreat property for the duration of our five-night retreat (aside from the spa which will remain open to visiting clients). There will be a maximum group size of 24 folks for this retreat, to support the alchemy of community, spaciousness, retreat and renewal.

GETTING THERE:

 

You can choose to fly into Antonio Rivera Rodriguez Airport (VQS) from either the San Juan or Ceiba airport on the mainland, or take a ferry over from Ceiba (both under an hour in travel time). Finca Victoria will pick you up when you arrive, and drop you off for departure at the end of the retreat. Further details such as timing parameters for your arrival and departure and guidance about when to purchase your travel will be sent after your register.

ACOMMODATIONS & PRICING:

This is a very special place to stay, with the only conundrum being: how does one choose which whimsical and lovely space they love the most!? All lodging includes:

• fully equipped kitchens (not that you will need it much but nice to have!)

THE AIRSTREAM

 

With one king bed and a private floating deck, this 1973 California Airstream in pristine condition is a fun and comfortable spot for one or two folks.

THE CABIN

​

Meeshel's Cabin is a standalone building that has two double occupancy units (not available as singles), each with a king bed on the second floor and (optionally) a sofa bed on the first floor. Please note that these two units share a large outdoor terrace and kitchen.

 

• $2,995 pp double occupancy (sharing a bed or two beds on separate floors)

THE SUITES

 

There are six suites available (five one-story "Victoria Suites" and one two-story "Corky's Suite"). All aside from Victoria #10 are connected in one large building, but each suite has its own entrance and outdoor area. There is a king bed in every suite, with an option to add a twin / sofa bed in Victoria #3a, Victoria #3c, and Corky's. All suites are available as double occupancy, with Victoria #4, #5 and #10 also available for single occupancy booking.

THE TREEHOUSES

​

There are four treehouses on property, three in the "Baez Haus" series along with one "Invisible Treehouse" that is nestled into the foliage and whimsically designed to blend into its surroundings. All are small structures between 570 and 630 square feet, with a queen bed. A sofa or twin bed can be added in the non-tiny Baez and Invisible, and Baez has two half-baths for a more semi-private feel. Please check out the floor plans to understand the unique layout of each treehouse. All four can be booked as single or double occupancy, first some first served!

• Tiny Baez Haus ~ $3,395 single occupancy / $2,795 pp double occupancy (sharing a bed)

• Baez Haus & Invisible Treehouse ~ $3,495 single occupancy / $2,895 double occupancy (sharing a bed or two beds on separate floors)
   

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that the *Tiny* Baez Haus Treehouses have a ladder and hatch that guests need to use to get to their sleeping area. The non-tiny Baez Haus and Invisible Treehouses both have stairways to travel between floors, but they are narrow and a bit steep.​
