This four hour mini-retreat at Centre Yoga Studio in Peabody, MA is intended to bring us together to support one another and focus on / demystify a few common areas in our work as yoga teachers. There will be two portions of our time together led by yoga teacher mentor Checka Antifonario. These have been selected based on the most common requests from fellow teachers:

1) Participate in an assisting lab (demonstrations and practice time for a small selection of safe and effective hands-on assists that can be used in all-levels classes). These assists will be on the lighter side in terms of depth and points of contact to leave the recipient an ample feeling of personal space for their body. This is just one of many styles of assisting and can be a good, versatile method to learn.

2) Address hot topics such as the business of yoga, finding one's voice, teaching inclusively, building a niche or area of focus, and more. The intention is to provide some **concrete, actionable steps** to take as you move forward.

Note: We will have a short break for a rest and snack but please plan to eat a meal before or after you come as we will want to utilize most of our time together to cover all this great stuff!
